FILE INFO | Caption | The great demon Hiranyakasipu had a son, Prahlad, who was a pure devotee of Krishna. When his father found out that his son was unwilling to follow his demoniac instructions, he decided to kill him. He put him under the feet of a wild elephant. But because Prahlad was always thinking about Krishna, and completely dependent on Him, Krishna protected him and the elephant was not able to touch Prahlad.
