FILE INFO | Caption | Krishna was dancing with all the gopis, but He wanted to show the supreme excellent love that is shared between Himself and Srimati Radharani. Radharani understood that this was His desire, so she left the arena of the rasa dance. Krishna, even with all the other beautiful damsels of Vraja, because of the absence of Radharani He left and went after Radharani. He was calling her name and weeping in separation from her and ultimately He found her. The other gopis were mad looking for Krishna. They were in such intoxication of love, they were discussing His pastimes, enacting His pastimes; they were asking the birds, the trees, the deer, the moon and the stars, "Have you seen Shyamsundar? He has left us." They followed His footprints, and when they saw His footprints meeting with another set of footprints, they understood that this one gopi is the most supremely worshipable. It is from her that Krishna gets complete satisfaction. | Headline | The Gopis Feel Transcendental Madness in Separation from Krishna | Copyright Notice | © Copyright The Bhaktivedanta Book Trust International, Inc.
