FILE INFO | Caption | The Supreme Personality of Godhead got down from the back of Garuda and pulled the King of the elephants, along with the crocodile, out of the water. He severed the crocodile's mouth from its body. Having been touched directly by the hands of the Lord, Gajendra achieved a spiritual form with the same bodily features as the Lord. He was freed of all material bondage. The crocodile, who was a Gandharva king who had been cursed, assumed his original beautiful Gandharva form. He immediately offered his obeisances to the Lord and circumambulated Him. He then returned to Gandharvaloka, having been freed of all sinful reactions. | Headline | Vishnu Delivers Gajendra | Copyright Notice | © Copyright The Bhaktivedanta Book Trust International, Inc.
